This is a unisex, gender-inclusive fit, with no insulation / padding so it layers easily under your favourite jacket, or you can wear it on its own.

All measurements are in centimetres (cm) and refer to the garment measured flat and empty - not your body measurements.

The vest fits loosely when empty. As you pack it, the internal pockets expand inward - so it fits closer to the body, not bulkier away from it.

For reference, when we packed ~2.6 kg the size M (this will vary depending on how much you pack):

• Chest width: 57cm empty → approx. 51cm packed 
• Length: 71.5cm empty → approx. 65.5cm packed

Wear it zipped or unzipped - unzipped gives a more relaxed, low-key look which we prefer. 

For men: the size table is based on standard women's sizing - we recommend sizing up. If you normally wear a Men's S = order a M etc.
