As we ship internationally, return processes may vary depending on your location. Please review the section below that applies to you.

Returns (General Conditions)
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must be free from damage, odours, or signs of wear
All returns must be approved in advance.
To request a return, please email hello@cabin-flex.com with your order number.
Unless stated otherwise below, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cabin-flex.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Australia
For orders delivered within Australia, returns are accepted for items that meet the conditions above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
This does not apply to change-of-mind returns.
New Zealand
For orders delivered within New Zealand, returns are accepted for items that meet the conditions above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty or do not meet acceptable quality standards.
This does not apply to change-of-mind returns.
European Union (EU)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- You then have an additional 14 days to return the item
Returned items must meet the return conditions outlined above.

United Kingdom (UK)
If your order is delivered in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.

For all other locations, returns may be accepted for items that meet the conditions above, subject to local laws.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
