How Does it Work

The Cabin Vest is designed to help you carry more while staying within airline rules.

It uses 14 internal pockets (8 front, 6 back) to distribute weight evenly across your torso, reducing bulk and pressure on your shoulders.

Softer clothing items like t-shirts, underwear and socks work best in the front pockets.

Heavier or firmer items fit comfortably in the back pockets for balance.When worn, the vest stays discreet especially when layered under your own jacket and is treated as clothing, not luggage.

This is a unisex, gender-inclusive fit, designed to layer comfortably under your own jacket or coat, or to be worn on its own.

All measurements are shown in centimeters (cm) and refer to the garment measured flat and empty, not body measurements.

The Cabin Vest is engineered with expandable hidden internal pockets. When empty it fits loosely. When filled, the internal compartments expand inward, making the vest fit closer to the body.

For reference, when packed the size M:

  • Chest width reduces from 57 cm (empty) to approx. 51 cm (packed)
  • Length reduces from 71.5 cm (empty) to approx. 65.5 cm (packed)

The vest can be worn zipped or unzipped. We personally prefer it unzipped for a more relaxed, low-key look.

Please note: the size table is based on standard women’s sizing.
For men, we recommend sizing up e.g., if you typically wear a Men’s S, choose an M.

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
